Office Manager
Process mail daily, code invoices and route invoices to management for approval. Research unpaid or late invoices directly with vendors. Create work orders for client quotes. Create purchase orders for stock and non-stock items. Contact vendors with supply issues. Coordinate repairs/maintenance with managers. Order office supplies. Complete ad projects as required. Support quality policy through compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
HS Diploma or GED required. Must be proficient in Excel.
