  1.  Sponsor 2 Silver Awards for Beautification (1 public / 1 private)
  2.  Sponsor at least one forum on a local environmental topic / issue
  3.  Sponsor the student "Recycled Art Competition" program
  4.  Co-sponsor and promote the "Adopt a Mile" program with KCB
  
  
• Promote and support the "Keep Carroll Beautiful" initiative
  
  
• Monitor legislation affecting the environment in Carroll County
  
  
• Promote and support activities and programs encouraging anti-litter, beautification, recycling, green space, tree planting, landscaping, home repair, business appearance and signage
